Reading the notes does not require an account, advertising cookies or personal information.
Information and purpose
The contact form stores your name, message, at least one contact method, subject and source page to reply.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Infrastructure
The website uses Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Technical request data helps protect against abuse.
Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion subject to applicable obligations. Updated 29 September 2026.
